Coworkers favorite pasetime is stabing each other in the back. Management rewards these backstabers with praise and bonuses.

Selfcentered coworkers can’t work in a team.

Does not exist. Why would it if it will be used agaist you.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Can’t keep the young crowd, so you are left with the ancient.
it’s a step backwards
Overall compensation for your work
No raise for six years. The still blame the 2008 crash.
They don’t care unless it’s for a church.
Most clients in the industry don’t consider them to be a player. They get the scraps for dogs.
If you are a suckup backstaber you will last a long time and become one of the ancients.
Cheaper to keep it safe than get a workmans comp.
