- New CEO needs to stop ignoring the grain business and stop trying to turn it into a food company.
What I dislike about the company
New leadership is replacing all long term solid leaders with their Conagra friends. Say one thing, but act completely opposite. Can't trust anything leadership says anymore. Benefits applied differently for different employees. Some get tuition reimbursement while others don't. Amount of paid time off and ability to take off during bad weather depends on the manager. Going from the extreme of having no policies to having a policy for everything. Policies aren't always followed.
