Suggestions for improvement
- Get an HR department. Stop throwing money frivolously towards horrible projects that consistently fail. Treat your employees better.
What I like about the company
Nepotism is real. Thank god for that.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of an HR department. Little to no positive feedback for hourly employees. Unrealistic expectations of salaried employees with little return. Endless bureaucracy for NO reason. Useless/worthless departments that shouldn't even exist.
