Suggestions for improvement
- Like I said before, the business needs better training. If they can't afford to train or have the time to train...at least give the newbies a manual or something. That way if they get stuck, they have something they can look up the answer in. People are not always available to answer your questions.
What I like about the company
I loved the atmosphere of the company. My co workers were great and it was a diverse work environment. I really liked my boss, she was great. I felt the PTO and vacation time was fair. It was a beautiful building and loved the office setting. The extra events the company held were always fun and unique and made you feel like part of a family. There was always plenty of work to do, that is for sure.
What I dislike about the company
No formal training for the FSA department. It was a throw you in the swimming pool to get you to learn how to swim type of deal. No one had enough time to train you. They would give you the basics and off you go! Just ask us questions if you have any. Usually people were to busy to answer your questions. So the training really was a joke. You better be able to learn fast. More formal training would be beneficial to everyone.
