No work life balance for Store Managers And District Manager. Store Managers expected to work 55+ hrs a week to keep labor cost down.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do pay increases for all employees annually. Allow District Managers to decide who gets a raise. It should not have to go through people at home office who do not know how the store management and employees work. Better pay will result in a higher quality of employee and managers.

Poor Communication from home office. The lack of a work life balance. And poor pay for the work expected.
