Suggestions for improvement
- Bring in Consultants and Auditors to do a complete revamp of the organization, there is a ton of status quo management existing, and potential there that is not being tapped due to dormant leadership and lack of support to front line employees and managers. Employees are not set up for success
What I dislike about the company
culture was extremely bizarre and non collaborative. Leadership from regional staff was non existent.
