Constant negativity. Management is not trustworthy.
Support from management
Do not involve employees on any changes.
Will not help guide you to being a good employee.
Everyone is out for themselves. They do not want to see you surpass them so they will hold you back.
Freedom to work independently
They will give you some gratification of maintaining your area the way you like it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Lack of information on job responsibilities, future plans, job positions etc.
If you are a woman you have a better chance of moving up.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They hire 0 skilled workers. All have been moved up based on how long they've worked there.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is sketchy, twice a month unless it lands on a holiday, then you could either get paid before or after. They do not pay based on the job, they pay based on what they think they can get away with until you speak up.
Office / Work Environment
Out dated equipment, no air conditioning. Heating is produced from wood chips and barely works.
Lack of environmental safety. Will purposely shove things under the rug to avoid Customs.
Very negative company.
They have problems with lying to employees and investors.
They will fire you whenever they see fit. Had a down month and they wiped clean about 10 people with no warning.
No, 10,000lb rated racking holding 14,000lbs of tile 25 feet above your head, enter at own risk.

- New Distribution Manager with experience.

Gave me the knowledge to know what not to look for in a company.
What I dislike about the company
They will lie to you, treat you like dirt, and ultimately do whatever is best for them. And by them I mean managment.
