Suggestions for improvement

  • The only changes I would make would allow parents to not fear loosing their jobs when their kids get sick more than once a year

What I like about the company

I adored working at the Casino but ended up having to leave due to a struck attendance policy that does not support single parents of young children as children get sick without notice and can require you to call in with little or no notice sometimes quite often

What I dislike about the company

Changes need to be made o allow for employees with children, especially single parents, to be able to care for a sick child without fear of loosing their job
