There's a lot of stress right now in our denomination.
No. We are pitted against each other.
Freedom to work independently
We are frequently treated like children.
The process for job promotion has been turned upside down with no communication from the higher ups.
Not at all.
Attitude towards older colleagues
We say how important this is, but don't pay people enough to achieve it without a working spouse.
There's nothing easy about this position and the demands are great.

What I like about the company
The current local church I serve provides a very positive experience. I uave colleagues I greatly appreciate.
What I dislike about the company
The dramatic change in criteria for what is considered a valuable employee. The low pay. Lack of concern for morale.
