I work alone but have two different directors for two different jobs I do.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Become fully aware of their employees and their economic needs. Remaining out of touch is hurting the company, and Memos don't seem to work.

What I like about the company

It gave me a chance to get health benifits.

What I dislike about the company

It is the cheapest industry in town to its employees.

Company Culture

The company prided itself on its spanish culture. Later more cultures were added into the matrix.

For some yes. Most times not. I was left to make decisions sometimes on my own.
