Suggestions for improvement
- There is a problem at the management level emanating from the Membership Office. The remedy is the removal of the offensive employee or not allowing anyone else to work in the office.
What I like about the company
ClubCorp, the parent company, was very professional. They provided excellent training and compensation. The UCC itself was a fun and exciting place to work outside the administrative offices.
What I dislike about the company
There was only one problem or obstacle in succeeding in the Membership Director position, the senior membership director and the General Manager that enabled the abhorrent behavior.
