Company Culture

It’s a great place to work!

Gender Equality

I work with many women and we are all treated fairly

Challenging Work

Challenging but rewarding

Suggestions for improvement

  • I haven’t had any encounters where there wer poor policies in place

What I like about the company

My coworkers are great and the people that I encounter are kind and passionate about students. Collaboration is something that is valued and so is professional growth. I haven’t met anyone who was unkind or unwilling to help.

What I dislike about the company

It would be nice not to have to pay for parking. That is a bit cost prohibitive.

Company Culture

Colleagues are great. Admin may be problematic, but that doesn't really affect your everyday happiness.

Overall compensation for your work

They are working hard to make this more so for all.

Environmental Friendliness

We could and should do more... but so could the whole state.

Handicapped Accessibility

The hills and old buildings make this more difficult but not unachievable

Challenging Work

Universitys expect you to wear many hats.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Staff need to feel more secure about their advancement.

What I like about the company

I feel welcome here and welcome to have a voice at the table for positive change. Yes, things take time to change, but I don't feel our culture is similar to other university with more drama and egos.

What I dislike about the company

Upper admin can make better decision about budgeting and staff needs more support.
