Suggestions for improvement
- Employees such as myself are often 'pigeon-holed' into positions and our compensation does not adequately reflect our scope of duties. We need fair wages and cost of living increases. Allow employees to work independently and stop micro-managing. We're capable of the duties. Management should also attempt to get employees more money or at least bonuses each year, if deserved.
What I like about the company
The benefits--there is a pension program and I am fully invested into the program, which will help with retirement.
