Support from Management
Leadership does not support all employees equally or fairly. If you have an issue or problem, don't expect support to be given. Issues are often ignored until they reach a crisis level.
Suggestions for improvement
- Address the problems with leadership in the division and department so that UNF doesn't lose more great employees. When your great workers are resigning with and without another position lined up, then you should know there is a problem that must be corrected.
