It's both good and bad. It's a great environment on a daily basis, but overall leadership micromanages and oppresses workers.
Communication is not great and is one of the biggest weaknesses of the company.
Challenging but fun!
Suggestions for improvement
- The culture in its entirety needs to change from leadership down. People of color and LGBTQ+ persons do not feel comfortable working there and do not stay for long.
What I like about the company
I am given the freedom to run my department the way that I want for the most part. There are a lot of professional development opportunities. I get to work with great people for the most part.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management can become too involved in the daily running of things which can make it difficult to do my job. Everything is so siloed that it is hard to create innovative projects. Communication is terrible between campuses.
