Suggestions for improvement
- I think more emphasis on human resources with bonuses, more perks and holiday pay and perks would be something that I would focus on for retention of employees in the company.
What I like about the company
There is ample opportunity to move ahead in the job. Employee benefits are competitive and are not burdensome on the purse. The work environment is safe with mandatory annual refresher courses for employees to keep updated on latest in technology.
What I dislike about the company
I cannot think of anything that is lacking. However, more could be done in terms of bonuses or annual holiday compensation which sadly is lacking.
