Suggestions for improvement

  • I think the postal service should go back to being civil service. I think employees should have input as to workplace changes since they are the ones that have to implement them.

What I like about the company

I get to meet nice customers, I have little good to say about my company or there treatment of me any longer. Also the benefits I'm allotted date back to when I started and we had civil service. These benefits are no longer offered to new hires

What I dislike about the company

The way management is chosen. There are no qualifications other than to ask. Also their methods of management are more like scare tactics and retaliation. Supervisors are trained to pit employees against each other
