Very heartless company
Support from management
The management is the worst they only support each other
Its not a team, its every man for himself.
Freedom to work independently
It's not really freedom it's mandatory
They're terrible at communication. Their form of communication is dicipline dicipline.
It's mostly women
Attitude towards older colleagues
If you don't speak spanish (being hispanic) be prepared to be treated unfairly.
As I said before if you are not Hispanic you won't grow
Overall compensation for your work
The fact that we have the hardest job but management gets all the perks and fruits of our labor is why they get 1 star
Office / Work Environment
Oh it's great (sarcasm) we only have to push around 75lb carts all down the long hallways and deal with drunks, smoke, dirty people on a daily
If you are not fulltime with a set schedule be prepared for terrible shifts. You can work 3-11 one day and the very next day 9-5. Also, ever if you are fulltime with set schedule be prepared to be scheduled 6days and the way they change the schedule around they will work you 10 days in a row and then give you only 1 off day. . So what life ?
When I first began working there I was very proud they make you believe it's a great company yo work for. But the longer you work the more you open your eyes to the truth
I got fired for having 2 flat tires. I was there 2 years. Not much security.
I'm very proud of the work I produced. I never failed an inspection, I never had a guest complaint.
Inclusive / Diverse
Racism is definitely alive and well at this company. Only hispanics (who barely speak english) excell.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the whole upper management team and start over. Be understanding to the fact they overwork us and have compassion.
What I like about the company
We got free lunch . . We just hope to have enough to take a lunch
