Unclear direction from management. Doesn't follow company policy's. Makes new policy's when convenient for company.
Departments stick together. Depaetments don't work well with other departments
Women that have a lot of knowledge of the job do not get the opportunity to advance, men that do not understand the job or procedures get the advancements.

The company says God, family, work. But when you try to put family first and use your personal time, they want to write you up. It's a different story when management need to take personal time they can do that with no questions.
New job titles are made when company doesn't know what to do with an employee. If they can create one they can as easily get rid of the position.
No, only stairs leading into the main office.
Very proud of accomplished work. Credit is not given to the right employees doing the work.
