- Hire leadership roles based on tech experience and ability to manage, inspire and lead a team effectively. Reward employees who wish to innovate and challenge the status quo.
I like about the employer
It was predictable and the office was within walking distance of a Starbucks.
I dislike about the employer
Significant lack of leadership in most departments. In many areas, the company is stuck in the 1990s technology-wise and it refuses to embrace modern technology at almost every opportunity.
