Support from management

Manager/owner will say your a bad server to your face when you’ve been told by other that you’re performing well.

Teamwork

Most of the good/veteran employees will help when they’re not busy with their tables.

Gender Equality

Most wait staff are women and kitchen staff are men.

Company Image

The community loves to come here. Partially because friends of owner get free food and alcohol

Job Security

Don’t get too comfortable and think your a good employee. Witnessed the manager fire a employee that had been with her for over 15 years due to a circumstance that was beyond her control.

Challenging Work

When you are a server, you are also a hostess/bartender/dessert maker/salad maker/bread warmer. If every meal comes with a bread and sides, the kitchen should take care of at least some of that for you. Otherwise , You take so long preparing all the sides that you do not have much time to care for your other tables

Suggestions for improvement

  • Owner stay away from business

What I like about the company

Good food.
