Suggestions for improvement
- TVG needs to stop thinking of itself as a "wellness company" and accept that we are a Tech Company. Currently, the company is undergoing an identity crisis; however, if TVG fully realizes itself as a leading wellness tech company, then it will make the dedicated focus on the user experience (guiding updates and development to the product). This decision would greatly advance the company, and lead to a profitable platform.
What I like about the company
The people at TVG are incredible. I work with a lot of individuals, many of whom I can count among my friends. Working together and supporting one another, we are able to get a lot done, and leave feeling good about our role within the company.
What I dislike about the company
Not all managers do a good job, and in those areas, a few people end up doing hours of OT, taking on extra projects and responsibility without any visibility, gratitude or compensation for the extra effort. Better management would prevent this bottleneck / burnout problem.
