Selective with promotion if your someone favorite you will get the promotion. Not always recognized for sale gains.
District Managers need training and leadership. Training in what is deemed harassment. I believe that some of the leaders of the company should have been under review for bad management style.
No opportunities for growth.
Overall compensation for your work
Poor compensation for 45 hours worked. Left The Walking Company and received a 57 % wage increase to work in management for another company. Finally receiving overtime pay for hours over 40 hours a week.
Split days off and every weekend worked. No work life balance

Retail is not very secure as online business is growing.
Women close and make deposit at close of business. Woman employees work late at night alone in the store and can be easily assaulted in the stock rooms. Employee safety should be a top priority!
