Job Security

Not really if you mess up they take away a day but tell you it's because of scheduling reasons. They also have really slow seasons where the same 3 people get the shifts and no one else does.

Handicapped Accessibility

Yes

Suggestions for improvement

  • Communication between management and employees. Trying to make things more fair when it comes to scheduling.

What I like about the company

That some people that work with you are nice and really try to help you out.

What I dislike about the company

Managers pick favorites. The schedule when it's slow is unfair because the same people get the shifts over distributing them equally. The co-workers talk smack about people behind their backs. They only criticize hard works and let the lazy people walk
