Support from management
They should reward good employees and reprimand/counsel those that need it. During my tenure, good deeds went unnoticed and bad behavior was given a blind eye.
As a hotel the main purpose of most departments is to give guest satisfaction. Communication between departments was not that great. Communications within departments needs some work. It should be a team effort from all teams.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seniority means you are the strongest most tenured in the team. It does not mean let me get away with things because I've been here longer.
Career advancement happens at a slow pace or not at all.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse ideas are aknowledged but are rarely fullfilled.

- Reevaluate your leadership team.
What I like about the company
The benefit package is a good one, they are very flexible with time off request.
What I dislike about the company
Contradictions in leadership, poor communication within departments.
