They should reward good employees and reprimand/counsel those that need it. During my tenure, good deeds went unnoticed and bad behavior was given a blind eye.
As a hotel the main purpose of most departments is to give guest satisfaction. Communication between departments was not that great. Communications within departments needs some work. It should be a team effort from all teams.
