Suggestions for improvement
- Who ever will be promoted to supervisor needs the required training on how to deal with employees and public relations, customer service is non exsistant, but thats is based on who is chosen to be the supervisor.
What I like about the company
There is plenty of overtime but employees who kiss ass get the best schedules.
What I dislike about the company
Once your on board then the company just forgets you, no supervisor interaction or training for said supervisor, district managers rarely visit the site or speak to employees, the company bids on a contract (low) to get the site then does the minimum required service to get the job done.
