Management constantly stresses the importance of TEAM and teamwork yet holds nobody accountable for poor job performance which results in a kitchen that is managed by an INMATES RUN THE ASYLUM mentality.
Suggestions for improvement
- A revival of new management team is needed ....CLEAN HOUSE!
What I like about the company
The residents of the facility are precious and appreciate the hard work Chefs provide daily.
What I dislike about the company
Management sending mixed messages and don't deliver what they promise their employees.
