There is a lot of micro managing.
Inclusive / Diverse
it's very inclusive, lots of favoritism, management warrants you to give them your ideas to make them look good instead of them giving you credit. We all work in the same place together, but they want you to make management look good.
Suggestions for improvement
- get rid of the favoritism amongst management and upper management and more training and better communication.
What I like about the company
not a lot of stress for work. Insurance is very good for the time being.
What I dislike about the company
no room for advancement unless, your in a certain click of people at the top. Lots of micromanaging. especially in upper management they want to micromanage the low-level employees also, certain people do things 4 people outside the company and that's why they get special privilege
