Company Culture

Management was overly critical disconnected with employees.

Support from management

I was told to solve problems, but when I gave solutions, I had no support, just more condemnation.

Internal Communication

High level management often sent two word emails, which left the rest of the team debating, confused, and inefficient.

Overall compensation for your work

Pay was good but bonuses were low, in a company that seemed to have enough money to pay higher bonuses.

Office / Work Environment

Office was nice enough, but equipment was often outdated.

Company Image

Many vendors did not like working with company because bills were not paid on time.
