Suggestions for improvement
- Be honest with your employees. If layoffs are going to happen, be fair and let your employees know that time frame. Yes, some people may quit, but if you're honest, people with loyalty will stay through to their last day to help you with the transition.
I like about the employer
Most people understand life/work balance, such as needing to take off work for sick children, daycare closed, etc. You still need to use PTO, but it's rare that managers complain about needing this.
