- Open communication. Trust and morale building. No sexist and inappropriate comments - higher level of respect and professionalism
What I like about the company
I have been there for many years and have a great child care benefit. I love the philosophy of our school. I love my co-workers.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication and transparency. Decisions made with our input of key players. Lack of feedback and training. This is all from executive level. Love the admin in my actual building.
