Company Culture

Great recognition program to keep Morale high, hard workers are recognized.

Support from management

Bosses were generally supportive and always very knowledgable.

The employees work well together here, team atmosphere is prevalent.

They do a fair job at keeping employees up to date with latest business developlenty.

Another area of opportunity, some folks are promoted multiple times over a short period, while others equally qualified or more, are pigeon holes and held stagnant at current positions.

They are treated like any other employee, no favoritism showed to older employees.

Office is very nice, location is great but some equipment outdated.

This is one area they can really improve in. They are not very sympathetic to instances that may arise, and keep your shovel handy durIng snow storms, the place will not close for anything.

Very respected in the environment we serve. The talent level is very high here.

Business may fluctuate time to time and positions may be eliminated due to a client being lost or revenues not meeting expectations. Very few long term employees.

What I like about the company

They reward and recognize hard workers.

What I dislike about the company

Not every hard worker is recognized, if you are not in favor with ownership, for whatever reason, very may well be non work related, you will not move anywhere in this company.
