current supervisors were not supportive at all, sadly past supervisors were very supportive but no longer with company
it was difficult to get people to work together as a team, too much conflict there
Level of Autonomy
Administrators have no idea what workload is distributed where, as a matter of fact they have no idea what responsibilities half of the staff has making it impossible to fairly distribute the workload.
