Company wasn't culturally diverse.
Support from management
Management was non existent at most job sites with the exception of one manager.
Teamwork was one person that was not too busy at the time someone needed help.
Workers yelling across the auditorium was normal form of communication.
No woman is treated equally at this place
No career advancement available or further training other than entry level & the skill set that is brought in by the new employee.
Overall compensation for your work
Workers get more responsibilities than the salary earned.
Office / Work Environment
Long hours worked with no breaks only a 30 minute lunch break at different times.
Mostly on the road driving from one location to the next, but only the job managers were listened to for time off with their families.
Job is not stable. Workers who don't work well in high rise are given a lot of down time or are rarely called in to work.
No handicap workers are hired or give job offers.
Nothing in this company is up to code or safe. If OSHA would do a quick check up on any job site by surprise the company would be shut down immediately.
I was proud of the work I produced, however work was never appreciated.
Suggestions for improvement
- Work with your workers.
What I like about the company
The company paid for meals.
What I dislike about the company
Too much down time for certain workers & no consideration for workers who wher injured on job sites.
