Suggestions for improvement

  • Encourage employees to act more mature without sacrificing the fun environment.

What I like about the company

There are a lot of perks as far as socializing goes. Sometimes it's difficult to get things done because of the social environment, which isn't a bad thing. Having fun is the primary goal of the company but there isn't a long term future or job growth potential for most employees.

What I dislike about the company

Obviously with this company you understand what you're getting into when you get the job. As I said earlier it definitely has a frat boy mentality. Women are valued as objects and it's very apparent from the first day you begin. There isn't any long term future for most employees here.
