Suggestions for improvement
- Changing reducing benefits bites! Not being able to carry over PTO sucks for us because if we would have an illness and need extended time off it will be a hardship because of reduced income. Taking away earned sick time years back was very wrong - you could have changed the policy but leave the hours that were earned. You said that if I quit I couldn't take them with me but I DIDN'T quit YOU TOOK them. I rarely called in ill so I had almost maximum sick pay available poof gone - what you did was PUNISH your more responsible employees!! So WRONG!
What I like about the company
I have personal satisfaction in the hard work I do in helping people which includes educating patients to take an active role to maintain and/or improve their own health.
What I dislike about the company
Long hours - have to work over frequently and of course it is at straight pay not 1 1/2.
The following benefits were offered to me
