Theisen's Home Farm Auto experience report

I've been working there about 3 months. The managers are supportive and helpful and they will work alongside us.

Suggestions for improvement

  • I'd change the rule regarding cashier water bottles. Ventilation could be improved. Shopping carts really need to be scrubbed down in the summer. Corporate needs to listen to the store managers more.

What I like about the company

The store manager will jump on register if we have a big line. Managers handle load outs, drop everything to to help customers, and even round up shopping carts. The atmosphere is friendly, and everyone is helpful. It's a caring group.

What I dislike about the company

They're not always big on enforcing rules. Some of the rules don't work in practice - cashiers keeping water bottles out of sight means putting them on a shelf next to the PCU that runs the register.
