No communication. Administrative staff will not answer the phone if on call or need any advice.
Support from management
Only between employees.
Freedom to work independently
PT no understanding of wound about debridement and increase in wound size.
Communication very poor just get a answer machine with no return phone call.

Good compensation. No Manager support. Has turned over at least 3 times since new management from Cantex.
On call every 3 weeks for 13 days straight.
Not if you have been there for a while constantantly changing no one is still there after new management took over and changes monthly if RN case managers.
Always with salaried overtime make sure you don't have a family.

Management, Management, Management. Need experienced people that will answer a phone instead of letting staff just hang with no response.
