Suggestions for improvement
- Offer a living wage, hire enough employees to do the job without overburdening the current employees because they've let the other staff go. If you're going to offer so-called benefits then the employees have to make enough to be able to afford to opt- in. Also, it's not a 401K if the employer don'ts contribute .
