Support from management
Everything is very hush hush, upper management tries to keep ppl in the dark about stuff. Communication is key which all management they lack. Also everyone needs training on how to work together as a team.
Every dep. Wants to work on their own. They don't interact with each other.
Freedom to work independently
Everyone is doing multiple jobs and is not getting paid for it. If someone leaves, no one is being hired immediately, that person work falls on others and they are not compensated for it
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries does not match job responsibilities at all. Only the upper management get to sit around and delicate while everyone one else bust their butt to get things done
There is no over time pay. No comp. Time. But yet meetings are always finished past your working hrs. It's unfair that we spend an extra half hr or hr. In meetings and cannot get anything from it. Your time is not considered at all.
Especially here your job is not stable. Every yr there are ppl who are let go due to "budgeting"
I don't get a chance to feel good about my work. It goes unnoticed sometimes. I feel that the more you complete correct and good the more work they pile on you
Suggestions for improvement
- Flex hrs or comp hrs. Using 7 hrs for a day off instead of 8 hrs. Giving raises once a year. Stop firing ppl so often. Upper management stop deligating and lead
What I like about the company
Room for growth.
What I dislike about the company
They let good ppl go and don't give raises. Managers deligate instead of leading by example. No flex time, no over time, not considerate of anyone time. We get 7 hrs per paycheck and have to take 8 hrs for a day off. If you take off on a early dismissal day you have to use a full 8 hrs of your time
