It is a revolving door of leaders with an insane amount of middle managers. All of which are talented, good people who are faced with so many internal hurdles that more time is spent on managing the internals that the external begins to fail. Once that happens they marge some divisions or sell others off.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove obstacles to sales.
What I like about the company
I had a large number of resources available to recruit good people.
What I dislike about the company
The working environment for sales is extremely difficult and frustrating to both the customer and the TMO employees. This makes it very difficult to hit the objectives and goals. It was often that I spent more time on getting TMO to accept Terms and Conditions from a customer (such as the City of NY) then on actually making the sale.
