Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest they approach a more objective, performance based advancement program so that every employee, no matter how popular with certain managers or staff members, have an equal chance at advancement.
I like about the employer
Very knowledgeable management that does not mind spending the time necessary to train new hires adequately
I dislike about the employer
Very "click-ish" environment which felt like there was added pressure to not only perform professionally, but to also "fit in" with the "clicks"
