Support from management
Management is practically non-existant.
The few people that work here know how to work together with the exception of the owners/management.
This company is not working with any real recent or bleeding edge technology so don't expect to learn anything useful here.
Overall compensation for your work
Salary and benefits are both severely lacking.
Owners/management lack a moral compass. If you don't mind working for someone who lies constantly to both their client and employees this is the place for you.
No job security. These guys basically look for the cheapest developers they can find and they have no problem firing a good employee to hire someone cheaper.
Nothing that I am aware of.
It's an IT job. Pretty safe aside from the possibility of a mental breakdown from working with incompetent management.
Pretty easy work.
Inclusive / Diverse
No diversity, owner actually asked me what I thought about hiring a "Black Guy" one time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Owners should sell to someone who has some vision/experience running a company who's day to day operations rely increasingly on IT. Current ownership has no idea how to manage this part of the company and it is blatantly evident to the employees and their clients.
What I like about the company
The job is easy and it is close to home.
What I dislike about the company
