Very back stabbing.

Everyone in management does there own thing and are never on the same page. Communication is horrible there.

Attitude towards older colleagues
They always 'lay off' someone, just one person, younger than 40 so they can't get sued when they lay off 8 or 10 people, that's how they cover themselves.
