Suggestions for improvement
- the "up" system that they use to keep tract of customers coming into the store is old and dated and should be updated with a computer program. They need more computers for each salesman to use when they are helping their customers, there's not enough. They need more training of the different furniture lines we carry and all their options. They could bring vendors in for specialized training.
What I like about the company
I sold a big furniture order with multiple vendors, and my manager spent a lot of time with me to make sure everything was ordered correctly and he helped me explain all the custom options were written out correctly. He then went over each item and it's full purpose after the customer left.
What I dislike about the company
sometimes my manager can be too easy going and he lets the sales people who have been there much longer than me help more customers and take additional sales. He also lets them leave early & xome in later.
