Suggestions for improvement
- More cooperation and communication between management and employees. More fair mindedness in terms of raises, and less of the "just be glad you have a job" mentality. More opportunists for advancement, more encouragement and open mindedness about innovation and new ideas.
What I like about the company
There are some in upper echelons of the company that genuinely care for others. The company has many opportunities for future growth.
