Rampant corruption. Total disregard for average employees.

Unless you already make six figures, you can forget this.
Mismanagement has and will cost jobs.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't turn a blind eye to something you know is wrong. Rectify it. You owe your employees that much, at least.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management seems to be utterly detached from the average employees. Unfortunately, corruption seems to be obvious and rampant, from executive positions all the way down to lower management.
