Suggestions for improvement
- Mean what you say, move forward not sideways . Undo the fear of loss of job culture. Embrace some change and some risk, move towards current and do not go softly to the impending goodnight..
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Difficult for forward thinkers or non legacy IT. Constantly reorganizing to drive higher margins 30%+. "sustain and maintain" driven outlook little or no real desire to move into newer technologies even though the narrative would suggest otherwise.
