- Offer raises, promotions, a career path. Do not micro manage.
I like about the employer
It was good for experience as it was my first job out of college.
I dislike about the employer
The politics and management were HORRIBLE. They only promote people they like and it has nothing to do with their skills. They also do not let you transfer departments ( they call it a freeze ). The support division ( where I worked ) was over worked, under paid and under appreciated. Job consists of supporting 13 different software programs ( all difficult ) and no extra pay to learn more. Hard job and no pay back for it. Most people quit or cry on a daily basis.
