Suggestions for improvement
- Pay so that the bad stuff is worth dealing with.
No one trusts the executives to work in the best interests of anyone but the company. People are not valued here.
Some bosses are good, some are bullies, some are ineffective.
Definite equality here.
There's a few, but most people are younger.
They rarely promote from within. Little training and no opportunities for development are given.
