Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees and recognize when people are taking advantage of their position. Be open to change, and not afraid to speak up when things are not right.
I dislike about the employer
I worked there in 2004, when there appeared to be an iron-fist rule. People were terrified to challenge the status quo in fear of being fired by the boss, whose attitude was ' my way or the highway'. Can't work for someone you don't respect. Bought up the favoritism rule many times to my manager ( Head of HR) who was too busy trying to please the boss! Ended up getting tired and leaving.
