Suggestions for improvement
- Higher management who has done the job before and higher based on qualifications
Virtually no advancement of workers over 40
Pay is low. Benefits virtually useless.
Frequent layoffs and outsourcing. Many jobs offshore.
Some nice smart people working there.
You are at the mercy of whatever person is assigned to be your manager. If your manager is abusive or non-supportive, you won't be able to go anywhere in company. The managers back each other up to the detriment of the company and employees.
